PROJECT MANAGER

Throughout my project, I'm in charge of the scope, budget, resource allocation, and other miscellaneous issues to arise. Also, ensuring that these issues are resolved effectively keeps the project on track.

Communicating with my project team to determine the status of various projects and potential roadblocks that need to be resolved.

As important as communicating with my team, I religiously update the clients and critical stakeholders on the project's progress and make sure that the project still aligns with the scope of work and the estimates and timelines.

DIGITAL SOLUTIONS MANAGER
Define creative, high-quality product roadmaps based on their digital business strategy and vision for digital services and products.

Manage digital portfolios with high visibility and accuracy, including KPIs, resourcing, and associated budgets.

Manage multiple stakeholders (business and functional).
Support the definition and creation of processes and procedures related to internal business processes, direct communication, and consumer interaction, ensuring accurate and timely implementation.

ACCOUNT MANAGER
I coordinate projects, communicate with vendors, analyze client needs, and create brand awareness. Also, I handle sales leads and coordinate marketing strategies for specific clients.

Helping clients increase sales and brand recognition is my top priority. To that end, I will help oversee project schedules and budgets in marketing, sales, and advertising to ensure that clients get maximum attention and exposure. 

I communicate with clients, relevant vendors, and internal employees throughout the project development and implementation.
