I’m an experienced Appraisal Administrative Assistant with strong expertise in preparing and writing high-quality appraisal reports that meet industry standards and client requirements. I specialize in supporting real estate appraisers throughout the entire appraisal process — from research and data gathering to report completion and delivery.
My responsibilities include:
Conducting detailed research using property records, tax assessments, MLS data, and public sources to gather relevant market information.
Analyzing comparable sales (comps) data to ensure accurate and well-supported valuations.
Entering and organizing data in appraisal software such as ACI and A la Mode Total, including inputting property details, sketches, interior and exterior photos, and comparable sales.
Handling administrative tasks such as client communication, email management, and file organization using tools like MLS, CRM systems, and various online real estate platforms.
Ensuring that every report is thoroughly reviewed, well-documented, and compliant with appraisal standards and client expectations.
With a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the appraisal workflow, I assist appraisers in streamlining their processes, staying organized, and delivering accurate, timely, and professional reports.
