• Provides IT support for desktops, printers, peripherals, telephone systems, servers and network devices onsite and remote.
• Performing daily scans and assessments thru Tenable to get an accurate picture of assets in
network/organization to understand the vulnerabilities
• Perform Patch management tasks (IBM BigFix) include maintaining current knowledge of available patches, dUpgrade to see actual info what patches are appropriate for systems, ensuring that patches are installed properly, testing systems after installation, and documenting all associated procedures.
• Develop and deploy standardized Windows OS client images (desktop, notebooks) using various software development techniques and programming languages such as Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT)
• Golden Image Lockdowns and Creation.
• Managing user profiles and computers in Active Directory
• DHCP Management.
• IT Tickets - Document the cause of the issues and the solution before we closing the ticket for reference.
