I'm a Founder's Associate and startup operator with experience working directly with founders across LegalTech, SaaS, Web3, e-commerce, and hospitality. I specialize in turning moving pieces into clear systems, whether that's operations, executive support, project management, partnerships, customer experience, reporting, or process improvement.

I've helped build startup operations from scratch, manage cross-functional projects, improve customer journeys, oversee business reporting, coordinate partnerships, generate leads, write marketing and PR content, and create systems that save founders time and help teams execute faster.

My toolkit includes project management, operations, CRM management, SOP creation, documentation, dashboards, AI workflows, business reporting, customer support, website management, and executive support. I'm proficient with Airtable, HubSpot, Intercom, Notion, ClickUp, ---------- , Trello, Framer, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zapier, Stripe, Canva, ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and other modern AI tools.

I don't just complete tasks. I identify bottlenecks, improve processes, take ownership, and keep things moving with minimal supervision.
