Immediately after entering university, I
worked as a salesperson at a real estate, it may not have been a long-term job, but I learned a lot about communicating securely with customers, providing excellent customer service, and organizing sensitive paperwork. Became personal secretary of the owner of a pest control and chemical company. This allowed me to work with documents more efficiently. I wanted to acquire more skills related to customer service, so I worked as an information attendant at a mall for three years and refined my customer service skills. At the same company, they offered me a job as an administrative assistant working on invoice reconciliation, monthly billing account (MBA) management, and account restructuring at SAP. This facilitated effective data processing and the flow of information between organizations. We also create different types of reminder letters to our tenants. For three years, I worked as an assistant branch supervisor at a care company, supervising technicians, taking monthly product inventory, sending reports to management, and setting up appointments for valued customers and guests. My previous job was as a customer service representative for a road service company.
