I am open to work anytime and 5-7 days a week.
I can provide Support for:
1. Guest Communications- From booking, answering guest inquiries, and check-in procedures to check-out and post-stay checkups.
2. Claims/Airbnb Support reach out- I am well-informed with the latest Airbnb updates on their policies, especially with Aircover for Hosts, and Review policies.
3. Review removal- I can provide insights and ways to remove those negative reviews and maintain a SuperHost status.
4. Operations and Management- I can help you create better SOPs and can communicate between teams.
I am familiar with these tools:
Google Suite, Slack, WhatsApp, Upgrade to see actual info, Zendesk, Minut, Guesty for Hosts, and OpenPhone, and I can easily learn other tools.
