Profile Description

I am a proud graduate and a registered nurse in the Philippines, bringing a wealth of experience to the table. My career began as a staff nurse in a private institution, where I excelled for nearly three years before transitioning to the role of Quality Assurance Manager for four years. In this capacity, I took charge of recruitment and conducted interviews for new hires. My strong analytical skills allow me to effectively evaluate scripts and craft compelling rebuttals, all while enhancing the quality of customer interactions to drive satisfaction.
As a passionate trainer, I have successfully conducted sessions for newly promoted quality assurance personnel and supervisors, ensuring they are fully prepared to provide outstanding customer service. My experience in resolving customer issues through cold calling, email, and chat has honed my ability to provide effective support in various scenarios.
I started my customer service journey as a technical and customer support specialist, quickly rising to a supervisory role within just a year and two years, respectively. I later embraced a new challenge as a Recruitment Specialist for an American elderly care service based in Texas, where I effectively filtered applicants for potential onsite interviews—despite my client’s decision to close down operations to focus on family safety, which I respect.
Most recently, I served as a full-time content writer for Haro Mail, crafting high-quality articles, blogs, and content for business websites. Writing has always been a passion of mine, and I thrive in this environment, using it as a creative outlet and a means of expressing myself. I wholeheartedly believe I would be an excellent fit for this position, drawing on my strong customer service expertise and client relationship management skills to deliver exceptional results.
When the COVID-19 pandemic emerged in 2020, I confidently answered my calling to return to nursing, applying to one of the largest hospitals in the country. The challenges faced by numerous businesses during this time reinforced my commitment to my profession, especially after my last employer chose to prioritize family over business.
My extensive experience in customer service, technical support, and nursing stands as a testament to my dedication and success. As a top agent and coach, I understand that true success stems from a passion for one’s work and a commitment to excellence. I welcome constructive feedback as a means to continually grow and improve in my craft.
I am eager to learn about your platforms and processes, and I am ready to start working with you at your earliest convenience. If you would like to discuss my qualifications further, I am open to a phone or Skype interview. I look forward to hearing from you soon!
