Profile Description

I used to be with Time Warner Cable catering technical support, customer service and also sales, after then I have worked with travel agencies like Upgrade to see actual info and American Express Travel as travel experts and so, I assist traveler mainly in booking reservations, change request, and cancellation request. Hotels and Airlines set rules and policy, but we needed to contact them as well for some extreme circumstance that needs their approval. GDS like Sabre and Amadeus are the main application tool specially for airlines and it's easy to work with, I have been as one of the subject matter expert for more than 2 years helping my colleagues in this field.
