**Customer Care Support**
Technical Skills - I worked as a Technical Support with AT&T for almost 3 years, (Phone, TV and Internet).

Modified CRM - We used this tool to check the status of Customer's accounts, billings, track and place orders, and to give promotions to eligible ones.

Lead Generation - I was tasked to call the possible customers who showed interest on the products my Employer was selling.

**Sales Support Administrator (Chat Support)**

MS Outlook - We used outlook in communication with the Customers, other departments and the Sales Representatives to resolve certain problems.

MS Excel - It's one of the tool we were using to send Sales Report that needs Sales Representative's attention.

MS Word - This tool was very useful when there are data we need to enter in an object the client wants us to put in.

CRM - Sales Force is the tool we used to track Sales.

Ring Central - We used this tool to send text messages and place an outbound calls to both reps, customers and various departments.

Finance Administrator Assistant - Before the customer gets what they bought from us, they need to get an approval with their loans, and that's when we assist -- we check what are the statuses of their loans and what they need to gather before obtaining an approval.
