Profile Description

- My main responsibilities are to plan, prepare, assign, execute, and monitor a specific task, duty, or events using an organization’s available resources, leading the work of a team towards a completion of a goal or objectives within the given constraints.
- Plan, prepare, assign, and implementing Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP). I am responsible in organizing the team to conform to standardized set of quality requirements that enable suppliers to design a product that satisfies the customer. There are numerous tools and techniques described within APQP but the core tools are PFMEA, MSA, SPC, and PPAP.
- Product coordinator/ Product management/ Product design and new business development in the aerospace industries.
- Material and process outsourcing. I am particularly knowledgeable and well experience in outsourcing NADCAP certified special processes and AS9100 vendors.
- Experience in product design development and fabrication process for aerospace industries with extensive knowledge and understanding of the applicable standards (Airbus/Boeing/Rolls Royce/Honeywell/Bombardier/UTAS/Safran).
- Knowledge and experience of the following processes:
Chemical Film Conversion MIL-DTL-5541 Type I&II, Class 1A&3 (Surtec 650/Alodine)
Anodizing per MIL-A-8625
Laser Cutting (CO2/Fiber laser)
Laser welding (YAG/Fiber laser)
TIG welding
Cold Forming and Blanking
NC Turret Punch Machine
Press Brake Bending Machine
Fluid Cell Hydroforming
- Knowledge and experience in sheet metal fabrication for the following materials:
Corrosion Resistance Steel
Aluminum and Aluminum Alloy
Copper and Copper Alloy
Steel and Steel Alloy
- Process time evaluation (PTE); Design for manufacturability study (DFM); New product evaluation, feasibility study, ECN/ECR.
- Responsible for training and development of new engineers.
