Profile Description

May 2014 - Hired as an Advisor in a Financial Account (Lloyds Bank). I took calls for 2-3 years and applied as a Trainer.  May 217 - After series of interviews I got accepted as a Trainer Apprentice. I served as one of the process trainers in Operations. I
have trained new hires and conducted developmental
trainings for tenured colleagues. June 2018- I applied as a Quality Analyst and fortunately got accepted. I serve as one of the lead quality analysts for a UK
based Financial Account. Currently I am employed in Accenture as a Quality Analyst.
