Hi! I'm Upgrade to see actual info! I'm a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Office Managament in a state university in the Philippines. I have work experiences in  customer service and admin Upgrade to see actual info my previous job, I worked as a Service Operation Specialist in a medical diagnostic center and laboratory clinic in the Philippines. I performed the following duties:

o Performed clerical tasks in an office setting such as answering of phone calls, doing paperwork, scheduling of appointments, operating office equipment, monitoring office supplies, and filing of records
o Printing of laboratory results, making of acknowledgement reports, and final checking of results before sending to companies/patients
o Coordinating to different departments such as billing, laboratory and front office
o Part of the team in conducting APE (Annual Physical Exam) and AME (Annual Medical Exam) to different companies within Cebu City and Cebu province
o Assisted and answered patients’ queries
o Provided quality customer service to walk in and onsite patients/clients

Currently, I have been working as an online tutor to Asian learners for more than two Upgrade to see actual info addition to, I have a positive attitude to my work and I am a highly motivated individual.
