Good day! I am Upgrade to see actual info. I have over five years of experience working in the Customer Service Industry, mainly in hotels and restaurants. I will apply all my knowledge and experience once I'm hired for this position.

During my stay in Lebanon, I interacted with guests of different nationalities. Working as a hotel/resto staff overseas, I've assisted the guests/customers with other concerns such as room cleaning and services, errands, and the like. I then ensured to log each interaction on a computer. With this, I was able to practice my English proficiency, customer service, and computer skills which I will put to use once I land the role.

I am knowledgeable in MS Office applications such as Word, and PPT, Excel. I'd love to grow with you professionally. I am also assertive, attentive to details, and trainable with a great sense of humor.
