Profile Description

I've been in the BPO industry for almost 10 years now. I was able gain a lot of experience from assisting customer with troubleshooting devices and providing quality customer services; helping clients prevent possible fraud and creating claims to get their accounts settled in timely manner. Being a performer and showing exemplary work I was promoted to Supervisor position. Getting the position helped me learn how to work with not just clients but become a team leader who can motivate my team to set proper goals and to become the best version of there selves.
