I've worked as a Technical Support in the BPO industry for over 6 years. Since I'm working for a US Telco company, that experience made me an expert in handling difficultly crafted concerns. My expertise in providing excellent customer experience is significant since most companies keep running on a service-based platform. Being tech-savvy helps me to be efficient and productive with all tools and platforms in information technology. 

Aside from being a Tech Support / CSR, I'm also a part-time E-commerce manager. I run my online store on 3 platforms, Lazada PH, Shopee, and Facebook Marketplace. My expertise in Digital Marketing Ads, helps me grow our family business. To gain more profit, I take everything seriously from creating an eye-catching product design using Canva, to making strategies to generate traffic and boost our items.
