Profile Description

I’m a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal / Legal Assistant with nearly three years of experience providing remote legal support to attorneys specializing in family-based U.S. immigration law. I help law firms stay organized, compliant, and efficient through precise document handling, case tracking, and client coordination.
My expertise includes preparing, reviewing, and organizing immigration petitions and case documents such as USCIS forms, cover letters, and supporting evidence. I manage case files, deadlines, and trackers to ensure timely and accurate submissions. I also draft client communications, forms, and declarations for attorney review and approval, conduct document reviews and quality checks to maintain compliance with USCIS standards, and maintain updated client records using platforms like Google Drive, Clio, and Docketwise. In addition, I coordinate with clients to gather information, follow up on pending requirements, and assist with RFE responses, I-130, I-485, I-765, and other family-based immigration applications.
I am proficient in Docketwise, Clio, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat. I possess strong knowledge of U.S. immigration case procedures and documentation, excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills, and the ability to work independently while handling multiple cases and deadlines.
