I started my career in BPO Company handling customers' bills, processing payments, and doing basic troubleshooting on smartphones. I also worked with a client who was an Amazon seller. My tasks were answering customers' emails, processing orders, returns, and replacements, following up on orders with our suppliers, and calling shipping companies to check the status of our orders. I have good communication skills, I can do multiple tasks with minimum supervision, I am a team player, I pay strong attention to details, and very patient in the tasks that I am doing.
