Profile Description

I am a previous Customer Service Associate and had worked in the BPO industry for 8 years with experience in handling both technical and financial campaigns that caters to foreign clients. Aside from providing over-the-phone technical and customer care assistance to our clients, we also assist the end-users in maintaining their account - add/remove suscriptions and assist them with billing inquiries and concerns. 
In 2015, I ventured in the virtual assistant services industry and became a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator. I have handled various Real Estate related tasks including but not limited to Listing properties on MLS, doing CMAs, email management, End-to-End transaction coordination tasks (listing to close and offer to close), CRM management with lead follow up tasks, Broker Compliance management, a little bit of Social Media and Marketing task. 
In 2018, I became an admin/VA support for Operations for the company. A few of the tasks that I have handled are on-boarding newly-hired VAs, monitoring performance progress during and after the transition period, assisting VAs with tools navigation and task-related concerns, handle client concerns such as VAs performance issues & answer basic billing inquiries. I have also created a few tools/system's SOP/guidelines.
