Profile Description

I am efficient in travel consulting on either corporate and leisure side of travel industry which includes the following.

Creating itinerary- through GDS systems, gathering trip details, providing trip quote, book hotels, flights, car reservation per passengers request. Providing options is also part of the job to exceed customers expectation through phone, email or chat.

Resolving challenges - this includes providing the best possible flight options on airline schedule changes, suggesting and booking hotels should there be flight cancellations while travelling and processing flight credit or refund as the last option.
This will give the passengers a safe feeling that someone is ready to take care of them.

Sending confirmed itinerary- Making sure that passengers has the copy of the complete details of their trip, before, while and after travelling.
