Profile Description

I started my career as a Credit Investigator and Appraiser for United Coconut Planters Bank (UCPB), a universal bank in the Philippines. I was able to learn clients' background check, appraising market value of loan collateral and AutoCAD for drafting lot Upgrade to see actual info lasted for 8 months and then, I was transferred to branch operations and assigned as a bank teller for 5 years. I handled over-the-counter transactions which is to process and validate (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, manager's checks, bills payments, conversion of currencies, time deposits, etc.), ATM balancing, and cash balancing at the end of the day. aside from processing routine operations, it helped me developed the value of being a service-oriented person. This core value is very important in banking  industries since all banks provide same products and services. This add-up the ability to fulfill the ultimate purpose of satisfying customer's needs as what UCPB aims for being personal and proactive. Then, I got promoted as Senior Teller which I was a co custodian of our cash vault and supervised Upgrade to see actual info was my turning point of my career because it taught me a lot when it comes to multi-tasking. I handled cash for day-to-day transactions from the preparation to turned over by tellers, signature verifications and confirmations. Aside from that, my extended works was to monitor daily trial balance, processing online payroll of our clients, branch payables (computing withholding taxes), managing emails, documentations and reports (MS Word, Excel and Power Point), and other administrative Upgrade to see actual info lasted for 10 years until UCPB was merged to Landbank of the Philippines (LBP), one of the largest government universal banks in the Philippines. I was hired as Administrative Specialist 1 and work as Executive Assistant of the branch for 9 months. I was able to adjust easily in new environment because of my work experiences in banking industry.
