I am currenty working as a Medical billing Poster Virtual assistant 8am to 5pm EST time our main job to do is handling cheques came in from insurance of each patient. I have also a experience in communication skills, as well as managing the emails, appointment settings, I can do the database. I am expert in Microsoft office, strong personality and has a pleasing personality. I can communicate the customer because my current working experince more in patients I need to call and discuss the benefit of there plans in there insurances, that is remote set-up I always deal with patients and manage there attitude. In managing the emails if there is a complain of the patient I always email there designated account officer so they can cater or manage it better, I can respond to website inquiries to schedule appointments and address basic queries. I also past the ICD 10 coding last May 2022, my working experience more in hospital set-up, So if you hire me you won't regret it. regardless, if I don't have any experience as a virtual assistant.
