I have been working in a corporate world and in one of the Philippine Government agency specifically in Assessors Office which is the number one agency for real property owners to reach out their concerns, with my experience I have acquired both soft skills and hard skills in dealing with real estate practice. To name a few of my soft skills is Effective Communication, it is critical that as a front-liner of the agency that we should know how to listen and probe to come up with the right solution the clients need. Another soft skill I acquired is being Patient, it is important in this line of business to value Patience- having patience to stay the course results in fewer mistakes and achieving optimum results. On the other hand, I also have my hard skills that I possess all throughout, like administrative task such us Data Entry, Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, Research and even Social Media.
