• Manage Active Directory tasks such as:o Unlocking or reinstating of AD accountso Resetting of account passwordso Modifying Outlook distribution listso Enabling/disabling office computers• Assisting employees with How to’s, FAQs, and Quick Reference Guides with various inquiries such as:o Software and hardware requestso Access requests for personal OneDrive, mailbox, calendar, etc.o Modifying both Outlook distribution lists and shared mailboxeso First time setting up of Multi-factor Authenticationo Setting up of either personal or company-issued phone to the company's Mobile Device Managemento Setting up office printers and/or plotterso Installing/uninstalling of requested software• Providing basic troubleshooting on commonly used applications such as:o Microsoft Office 365o Engineering applications (AutoCAD, Revit, Space Gass, ProjectWise, etc.o System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)• Collaborates with the team and leads with day-to-day tasks and outages.• Endorsing of tickets to the appropriate resolving teams that require further investigation.
