I worked as Virtual Assistant for more than 2 years on a Medical and Law Firms. I also had an experience retail account as customer service representative. For two years in TeleTech, I was a Team Leader. Prior to that, I spent two years as a customer service representative and subject matter expert. As a result of these, I was able to instill and maintain a high standard of service, which allows me to identify my own areas for improvement. My area of expertise is project management and administrative tasks. I'm good at conducting accurate web research, managing emails, and communicating with vendors and employees from other businesses. My most recent job experience was managing a home-based customer support team for a US-based client. As stated in my skills summary, I am fairly adaptable to the tasks that will be assigned to me. You can count on me to never abandon a task, and you will have no trouble contacting me. This is why I am efficient; I will always be available at your beck and call. In any case, if you require me to learn a specific program for this job, I am confident that you will not waste time training me. In fact, like most programs I know now, I might as well learn it myself. I can assure you that I am easily adaptable to any type of training or program required by the job.
