I'm currently working as Admin Asst./ Communications Specialist.
•I'm primarily in charge as Communications Support of our Branch to Head Office.
•I am tasked to check and answer email inquiries and concern of our Insurance Advisers and client on a day to day basis.
These includes New Application Submissions and Requirements, 
•Policy Amendments and Reinstatements, 
•Claims,Billing,Refunds,Payments,Policy Contracts.
•Agent’s Concern such as Filing and renewing their Professional Tax,Commissions, License concern and Access to Company Portals.
•sending Company Reports,Announcements and Updates to Branch on a daily basis.
•in charge of Adding ang Deleting Agents to Branch loops
•providing access to Branch Marketing Tools ?Making Pre-Registration for company events.
•pre-screening All  Documents that are up for submission,ensuring all the data indicated on files are complete and correct.
•I  worked as a customer service representative in a BPO Industry for 10 years for B2B and B2C.
•Handled Inbound (SPRINT) 
 •Outbound Accounts (US&UK PUBLICATION Campaigns)
• I also worked part time as an Attorney's secretary in a Law Firm with specialty in Litigation for 2 years.

With my work experiences I have learned and grown as much as I can in my current role and I'm confident this will help me become an effective Asset of your Business.
