Profile Description
9 years of experience investigating and resolving credit bureau disputes for Capital One filed by customers and we research credit browser to investigate the reporting on experian, transunion and equifax. And if we found inaccuracy with credit bureaus vs in our system of record We update their reporting using E-OSCAR and send applicable letters to customers.

Also, I created tool that can automatically fillup the required data needed when sending letters to customers using Macro tool.
