Hi, I have over 7 years of experience in customer service and 3 years in virtual assistance. I started as Customer Service Representative for a financial account based in the US for 2 years. Worked as Escalation Queue Representative for the same account for a year. After 3 years if taking calls, I was promoted to Quality Assurance Specialist and dedicated 4 years of my career in customer service by providing guidance, training and support to leads and representatives about product and customer service ---------- 2021, I started my career in virtual assistance as an Email/Chat Support for a real estate company based in Israel and worked for them in 3 years.

I have great communication skills, emotionally intelligent and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. I'm self-motivated, detail oriented, team player, reliable and hardworking. I'm a fast-learner and can work with less supervision.
