Profile Description

Motivated with 8-year area of expertise as a Customer Service Representative and as a Lead Associate. Recognized as a good team player which earned me a spot previously as a Temporary Team Lead. I am patient, friendly, dedicated, and hardworking with internal drive to deliver. I have direct 40+ calls daily - handling both escalations and assist calls at the same time delivering quality and first call resolution. Right now, I am assisting my manager in doing some of the Admin tasks. I have run (using excel) and sent out daily reports via email on a specific metric (Sales)
to make sure Team Leaders are aware of the performance for each of their Teams. I am as well task to lay out scheduling for our department(Assist Line) to make sure we have coverage Daily to take escalations and assist calls.
