Greetings and Blessed day! I'm Upgrade to see actual info. I'm a virtual assistant, and I have knowledge in appointment settings and cold calling.
I am currently  working as a Customer Service Representative for a Commission Company in line with  Real Estate Industry. I handled call inquiries, client balance and information inquiries, followed up with clients and the Title company on payments, handled documentation using the company's tools, and managed emails
I  worked  as a part time telemarketer in a Nurse staffing agency.
Finding and winning leads is my goal. My job is to call Seniors and offer them our health care programs. I am also in charge of calling facilities hospitals, home health to look for their Administrator, case manager, H.R Director,or the owner to offer our services and set up an appointment with our partnered hospices and CEO.
I am a highly organized and self-driven individual, and I am passionate about developing my career in this field. I am very flexible and adaptive to learning new things, which means I will be able to contribute something capable to the growth of the company.
