I gained a strong understanding of computer systems and networks, as well as experience troubleshooting hardware and software Upgrade to see actual info taught me to be knowledgeable about security protocols and be able to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers in a clear and concise manner. Along with good communication skills, both written and verbal, I have effectively assisted customers and documented troubleshooting Upgrade to see actual info enhanced my ability to think logically and analyze problems to find and resolve technical issues.
