Hi there!My name is Upgrade to see actual info. I have been in the industry for about 6 years now.
In my previous role as an appointment setter manager, I managed a non-profit group for a solar company in the US. Part of my daily tasks included making phone calls to invite customers to join our non-profit group and offering free consultations with our experts if they needed a battery backup system or generator for their solar system. I booked a lot of appointments and successfully converted some into sales.
As a customer service representative for a US debit Visa card, my main role was to handle incoming and outgoing calls about administrators controlling usage, processing card replacements, activations, cancellations, balance inquiries, and fraud escalations.
Additionally, I have experience as a reservations executive for an Irish client. My daily responsibilities included handling bookings, emails, phone calls, and admin tasks such as outsourcing new suppliers in various cities in Ireland and the UK.
I have extensive knowledge in customer service, including advance English speaking and writing skills. Given my experiences, I can definitely help you manage your emails, chats, inbound or outbound calls, voicemails, or any admin tasks.
