Profile Description

I've been working for 2 years as Global IT Service Desk which taking inbound & outbound calls each & everyday to answer customer technical queries via phone call, and doing remote session and some troubleshooting step as needed.

After 2 years of being Global IT Service Desk. I have been promoted as Analyst II Infrastructure Services, What I usually does is helping the teaUpgrade to see actual infomber to understand and resolve the issue of their calls, solving escalated ticket by the client and making sure that all pending tickets created by the team is updated each and everyday to meet the SLAs of the team.
