Profile Description

I have been working as a customer service support for over 5 years and my job role is to answer emails and social media accounts of the company, live chat and sort of phone calls if needed. I have an experience being an admin assistant to the CEO for a digital sign marketing where my tasks are troubleshooting signages, calendar and email management, doing blogs, updating CRM, quoting and invoicing, sort of bookkeeping and other admin tasks. I also have FBA Amazon experience but the role is to enter POs and orders to the CRM in order for the warehouse to ship the orders from the clients.
I am very capable of using platforms such as Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk, Freshdesk, PayPal refunds, Stripe refunds and invoicing, ZOHO, Asana, HubSpot, Upgrade to see actual info, SellerCloud, ClickUp, Active Campaign, Microsoft Office, Social Media Platforms and the likes.
Lastly, I can cope up easily with the given tasks, a hardworking person will always look into the quality of work, a multitasker and can do the job well with less supervision.I believe that with all the experiences I have learned and gathered, I will be able to utilize it and be a great asset in your company.
I can be available 5-6 days a week for 30-40 hours which is full time work and can do overtime if needed.
