Profile Description

I've been working from home since 2013. My recent job was with a Credit Repair Company as an Executive Assistant. My main role is appointment setting and act as the first point of contact for clients. I also  worked as a Quality Analyst for 3 years where I monitor calls and measure compliance of Agent Upgrade to see actual info's been a continuous process of evaluating key points and practices that drives prospects or even sales as well as improving Customer service.  I was also in the Recruitment team of A VA-Staffing company for three years and also as VA for a few months in the same company. As a Recruitment-Sourcing Specialist, I create ads and social posts on different websites most especially on social media sites. I conduct interviews and screening to be able to select potential candidates. With all the years of experiences with my previous jobs, I get to have an excellent organizational skills. Along with it, I've got a massive foundation with my communication and computer skills. I am very knowledgeable with computer as well for I once worked as a Technical Support/Customer Support in a BPO company for a total of 4 working years.Lastly, I am creative by nature. I may not have the professional experience but I can do basic creative designs for a few social media posts and stories such as Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest. Also basic designs for  brochures, flyers, cards, posters or banners.Experience has taught me not only how to build strong relationships with all departments at an organization but also with the customers or clients. I have the ability to work within a team as well as cross-team. I am patient and very friendly. Most of all I can easily adopt to new environment and to the people.I will always go for something I haven't been and broaden my horizon. I'm willing to learn how to get things done and learn your business.  Every job experience that I had was also the first time experience for me. I learned the job, honed my skills and made myself a valuable asset for each of the company I worked in.
