I'm also in charge of Overseeing the LMS (Learning management system) portal and ICT facility booking, managing the school's official website, providing technical assistance, organizing ICT Quiz and Baseline IT Standards, tracking IT funds balance and expenditures, and performing daily walkabouts to ensure proper running of classroom IT equipment.

Additionally,I have 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative handling Financial Accounts (Pure Inbound Calls). I also handled multiple positions during my BPO job as a Dispute Advisor, Verification Support, and Fraud Security Representative.

Lastly, I have 4 months of experience as an Appointment Setter handling a Travel Account, offering discounted certificates specifically for Cruises and Hotel Accommodation. Use Google Tools (emails, Google Calendar, etc.), AIRCALL Application to communicate with our potential clients as well as HubSpot to monitor the status of each lead that we have.
