- Provide support to Project team and Stakeholders.
- Involved in Planning, Organizing, and overseeing the organization’s process to balance Cost and Revenue.
- Managed projects with (Offshore – Indian, Domestic – Canadian) resources.
- Supervised all the internal process documentation, such as contracts, work orders, staffing plan, and financial reports for cross department uses.
- Responsible for Onboarding process.
- Ensure vendors’ invoices and internal invoices are matched.
- Coordinates meetings and share reports with Project team and Stakeholders.
- Perform other admin tasks.
