Which also includes admin tasks and end-to-end recruitment processes like job posting, sourcing, screening, pay negotiation, cost calculation, contract extension, contract renewal, compliance, employee communication, payroll task, etc. Experience in CRM ( Dialer, Goto Connect, Ring Central, Slack, Tawk, Sense, LinkedIn, Facebook/Messenger, JazzHR, Laboredge, emails, Outlook, Gmeet, Zoom, Meet, etc.)

Experience in social media management (LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook) focuses more on sourcing B2B and B2C processes.

Experience in Customer Service for almost 3 years (PH and US market)

Experience in Data Entry/ Data sourcing for over a year with US-based clients focusing on recruitment and one is for product marketing.
