Profile Description
As one of the Administrative Specialists at Philippine Air Force (Armed Forces of the Philippines), I was responsible for organizing and maintaining the office files. I crafted military correspondences such as military letters, SOPs, conference notice, minutes of the meeting, PowerPoint presentations that were coordinated among my section Commander, our Wing Commander and Vice Commanding General of the Philippine Air Force. I also managed the pertinent data of all the base housing applicants, both officers and regular military personnel and even the civilian personnel.
I can prioritize tasks in order of importance and time, I am also highly skilled in most Microsoft Office and Google workspace programs.
