Profile Description

I provide complete Interior Design Services and have worked with and for local and international design firms and clients. Mainly focusing on design but had construction experiences as well.
1. Schematic Phase:
- Conceptual Design Presentation
- Preliminary 3D Model
- Preliminary 3D Renders
2. Design Development Phase
- Baseplans (Floor Plan, Floor Finish Layout, Furniture Layout, Reflected Ceiling Plan, Lighting and Switch Layout, and Power Layout)
- Elevation Plans
- Detailed Drawings
- Itemized Furniture Drawings (furniture and built-in furniture & fixtures)
- FF&E
- Bill of Quantities Estimate (furniture pcs, accessories and interior finishes only)
- Mood and Material Board
- Final 3D model and renders
3. Construction Phase
- Coordinate with contractors and engineers who are on site. Contact suppliers and fabricators for the furniture and fixtures. Have done accessorizing and hand-overs.
