• Technical Skills. I primarily used Quickbooks Online and Microsoft Excel in my work. Helped clients set up their Quickbooks accounts and has expert level knowledge of both software. Other software used are Xero, Freshbooks Uk, Wave, Etc
• Flexible. Whenever clients demanded, I worked graveyard shifts. When necessary, can easily adapt to sudden changes.
• Communication abilities are Upgrade to see actual infon readily follow instructions and, when necessary, ask questions. As a Customer Service Representative, I've dealt with over 500 customers under stress and was able to successful serve customers.
