Profile Description

I’m a versatile tax professional who’s always up for learning more, with a solid base in tax laws and rules. I’m a Certified Public Accountant in Cebu City, Philippines, and I graduated from the University of San Jose - Recoletos. I bring a mix of top-notch academics and hands-on experience to the table.

I kicked off my career at P&A Grant Thornton as a Tax Associate. I got to learn the ropes in Tax Outsourcing, Compliance Review, Assistance to Internal Revenue Audit, and Transfer Pricing Documentation. While at P&A, I worked closely with government agencies like the Local Government Unit and Securities and Exchange Commission. Our team bagged the Client Commendation Award for our work on Transfer Pricing Documentation Engagement.

Next, I joined Lexmark as an EMEA Tax Specialist. I handled VAT, Intrastat, and European Sales List Compliance for Lexmark entities across the EMEA region. At Lexmark, I led projects to improve our processes, which significantly sped up the return preparation process. We even got to showcase our achievements at Lexmark EUREKA.

Now, I’m a US Tax Accountant at TOA/Fondo, where I focus on R&D and ERC tax credits. I also take care of filing Form 1099, Delaware Franchise Tax, and Form 1120 (US C-Corp Tax Return). At TOA/Fondo, I secured 3rd place in TOA’s 2023 Battle of the Brainy Accountants.

When I’m not working, I love to read and have deep conversations over coffee with friends.
