Moreover, I have one year Appointment Setter managing inbound and outbound, emails, and bookings, two years of experience as a Customer Service Representative at a well-known Telco Company based in the US, and one year of experience as a Care coordinator handling Provider calls for Medical and Behavioral Health Insurance. In addition, I was a Cold caller as part time job for almost a year.
