Please feel free to read through my past job experiences inside and outside online jobs.  I've been a customer service representative for 10 years, where I handled to be a tech-support, chat support, supervisor, trainer, name it all. One thing you can be sure about me, I know how to deal with customers. It's been my bread and butter for so many years.
In terms of cold calling, I am here to generate leads out of the list my clients will give me, providing quality and excellent cold calling service to gain revenue from those leads and making sure I'm working while the clock is ticking. Taking the job seriously since in this kind of field, I know that I can be replaced if I cannot prove that I can close a sale, make an appointment, or generate an email for leads(SaaS). That's why every time I log in, I always make sure that my clients are getting their money's worth giving me salary while I work with integrity.
