Profile Description

I've worked for more than two years as a Reporting Specialist in Global Logistics Shared Service Company. I provide administrative professional support to our counterparts and my main responsibility is to produce reports. I gather shipment status information, input important entries, ensuring data are accurate and complete. I prepare communications, such as emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence. I have knowledge in MS and google tools, communication and booking tools email management and submitting deliverables on Upgrade to see actual info addition, I have a solid experience in Customer Service as I have worked as Ticketing Agent in a reputable domestic airline company here in the Philippines. I administered ticket sales and passenger records. I process refunds as well. I also have a more than a month of experience as a Market Researcher in a Call Center Company where we do outbound call and conduct surveys. We make sure targeted respondents will participate and input information they've provided.
