Profile Description

-Meet with client’s technical staff to discuss design ideas
and other features.
-Evaluate contractor’s bids and drawings to assure compliance of the specifications.
-Present rough design drafts for client approval.
-Ensure product designs meet required safety and structural standards.
-Present various design perspectives for construction improvements and adaptations.
-Provides drawings for operational reference such as:
_Plan and Pipe Layout
_Permit to Proceed drawings
_Rebar Cutting List
_Isometric drawings
_Pipe Supports shop drawings
_Valve Platforms 3D model and design proposal
_Weld Joint Mapping
_Solid 3D CAD models for clients presentation
-Ensure that production of drawings, specifications, report’s and analysis meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality requirements.
-Work with the engineering group or the Project Superintendent to resolve technical questions from subcontractors of various disciplines as quickly as possible.
-Participate with the construction personnel concerning construct-ability issues as related to field conditions, sequencing, and scheduling of construction activities.
-Initially provides ACAD drafting and detailing of Road Design
-Generates profile and cross sections of Road from topographic survey.
-Constantly coordinates with Road Design Engineer and Senior Road Design Engineer on all activities relating to design.
-Generate volume earthworks
with the aid of civil 3D software
-Review and ensure
designs meet required safety and structural standards.
