Hi My name is Bryell R. Debilleres and I've been working in the BPO industry since 2019. I worked for Techmahindra for 1 year, it's a retail account and Wipro Limited for only 6 months it's a retail account as well under best buy. And last is Concentrix it's a Telco account and all companies is based in U.S. I have experience supported customer ordering online, and also we support customer calling about their postpaid service. As a customer care representative we were trained to provide the best possible experience in every call and chat. We handle about billing, sales ,equipment, activation orders, network and coverage. Our goal is always one call resolution. We make sure that we resolve the issue in a timely manner thus minimizing customer effort and make sure to cover stated and unstated concerns to make sure customers won't need to call us back.
I have undergone a lot of training for the entire course of my tenure that helped me improve my call handling and customer relation skills. As an employee, I focus on quality and customer satisfaction. I prioritize relationship with our customer. I make sure that I go beyond the expected performance when handling customer issue. I keep an eye on my personal metric goals and company metric goals. I am not afraid to ask for help when needed. I make sure to reach out to support or upper management for assistance to ensure that the quality of work that I aimed is maintained.
