A well-experienced individual in terms of providing customer service and technical support solutions. I'm well organized and keen to detail, my years in the Customer Service industry taught me customer obsession to provide excellent client satisfaction.  I'm flexible and highly effective in producing solutions, providing accurate information, data entry, products research, administrative, reaching quotas and deadlines, and generating sales for client revenue. I have keen skills due to my technical support experience, aside from device and network troubleshooting, we provide store locations and assist in appointments for store and technician visits. I was able to work as an Amazon product researcher and was personally trained by my client in Amazon FBA. I worked with ROI of 30% minimum of $3 profit and 1% BSR. I recently ended my journey with that client and I'm now looking forward to continue my Amazon journey.  My well-backed experience in the industry will make me an effective prospect. 

My mission is to lead my clients to reach desired long-term goals and generate a team or an individual contributor who can provide the most highly profitable sales and excellent customer service to my client's E-commerce business platforms and other forms of profitable business to drive positive and sustainable cash flow for the company's delight customers.
