Profile Description

I’ve been in the Customer Service industry for 8 yrs now and I can confidently say that I am great at this role. I’ve worked as an Escalations Specialist which handles escalated emails, chats and Upgrade to see actual info’s always a priority for me to provide excellent customer service. I am very much confident that I’ll be able to assist clients really well in each channels.
I was also a Mentor/SME wherein I provide quality mentoring to my colleagues and conducts upskill classes as required by the business to help become better support.
