 • Raising investigation to Amazon for incorrect fees (FBA fees, storage fees, and referral fees), unused shipping labels, FBA inventory lost, damaged, disposed of inventory in the warehouse, shipment discrepancies, removal orders, MCF orders, and FBA Customer Orders.  

• Create reports that simplify the day-to-day monitoring of order items, canceled orders, refunded orders, and overdue items.  • Collaborate with different departments/ business units on improvement projects. And many more.
