Profile Description

I have been in the industry for more than a decade. I started out as a technical support representative and eventually ventured into sales after a few years. 

In my latest role as a Senior Consultant, I was a dedicated point of contact/support for our top spending enterprise clients. I provide end to end support including billing, troubleshooting, account management, processing and tracking orders. Aside from my day to day tasks, I also support internal stakeholders by doing administrative tasks and creating/updating SOP's and knowledge base articles. I was also in charge of survey analysis for non-FTR and red flags from customer feedbacks. 

I have experience dealing with customers from different market segments -  commercial, corporate, small to large law, government and even academic segment.   
I have undergone various trainings in Continuous Improvement process. I got my Yellow belt Six Sigma certification in 2020. And Blue and Orange belt RPA certification in 2021. I have led and successfully rolled out RPA projects which saved our team thousands of dollars annually.
